Exploring Thasos
Thasos is one of my favorite Greek islands to explore.
I've traveled there several times and given the chance, I would love to do that many more times ;)
Today I am sharing some of my travel photography perspectives from the middle mountain part of the island.
You probably know by now how much I love Black & White or sometimes referred as Monochromatic photography. I have always believed that while Color Photography shows the external part of our world, Black and White Photography shows the soul, the inner hidden side of everything. It's true what you say that black and white photography has a soul and hidden side to it, I love black and white photography as much as you do, but today you showed us some great shots, thanks for sharing

I have heard about Thasos mostly in movies. It seems like it's filled with more of nature.
Of course, black and white are always beautiful, they show the real sense of an image. Nothing can beat that.
True, it has beautiful nature, especially in the early spring before the summer heat hits on the Flora.

Is Thasos on a distant island and has to use special vehicles? all the photos you present look beautiful and all have history.
Hey! I'm not sure how to answer if it is distant, it takes 30-40 minutes to get there on a ferry, all type of cars are allowed on the island :)
