Country-side views

Greetings!

Why do some people decide to live in the countryside, with much more work to do and sometimes with less income, instead being in the big city where everything is close and accessible?

There is a myriad of answers to that question and here are only a few of them... being closer to Nature, observing the wildlife, having less stress, breathing clean air, no traffic jams and the one that is the most significant to me today, being able to see the horizon and let the eyes wander as much as they want...

I suppose that series of travel photographs I took somewhere in Tuscany, Italy, will prove that to you ;)

You probably know by now how much I love Black & White or sometimes referred as Monochromatic photography. I have always believed that while Color Photography shows the external part of our world, Black and White Photography shows the soul, the inner hidden side of everything. Please consider the first photo of this post as my entry today to the established #monomad daily contest by the monochromes account and community and supported by the qurator account, thank you everyone for your hard and continuous efforts to build and grow this great community!

You are kindly invited and more than welcome to join "The Photographic Society" Community on HIVE here: @hive-142821, where photographers and enthusiasts share not only their works but also discuss concepts and techniques, and also some hot topics and news about our favorite art.

Thank you for your time and support, please check out below few other ways to aid and encourage me in my endeavors and stay in touch!

The people who live there have a deep strong connection with nature and that is something really invaluable.

Hey I really like this post! I’m not a big fan of the monochromatic in nature, but there are shots that really call my attention and this is one of them!! Congratulations!! The last picture just seems to be from a magazine!

Thanks so much! Black and white is sometimes magical, removing the clutter that colors create...
