Today, the work team met to participate in an important discussion about the Karin Law, a legislation created to combat bullying and harassment in the workplace. The initiative seeks to promote a safe, respectful work environment free of harmful behavior. During the session, we analyzed the different forms of harassment, its consequences and the measures we can take to prevent and report it. The Karin law is a fundamental step towards protecting employees' rights and fostering a work culture based on equality and well-being. Before we started, we could not help but take a few photos to maintain the tradition and remember this moment of learning together. The active participation of the team reinforces our commitment to a healthy and respectful work environment. Undoubtedly, this talk was enriching and motivates us to continue promoting positive values in our day-to-day work, although jokes will never be absent among us.

Hoy, el equipo de trabajo se reunió para participar en una charla importante sobre la Ley Karin, una legislación creada para combatir el bullying y el acoso laboral. La iniciativa busca promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro, respetuoso y libre de conductas dañinas. Durante la sesión, analizamos las diferentes formas de acoso, sus consecuencias y las medidas que podemos tomar para prevenirlo y denunciarlo. La ley Karin es un paso fundamental para proteger los derechos de los empleados y fomentar una cultura laboral basada en la igualdad y el bienestar. Antes de comenzar, no pudimos evitar tomarnos unas fotos para mantener la tradición y recordar este momento de aprendizaje conjunto. La participación activa del equipo refuerza nuestro compromiso con un entorno laboral saludable y respetuoso. Sin duda, esta charla fue enriquecedora y nos motiva a seguir promoviendo valores positivos en nuestro día a día laboral aunque las bromas nunca van a faltar entre nosotros.
