After many years without drawing, I decided to try it again. I always liked it, but for some reason I kept putting it aside. This time, without having the right pencils or too much practice, I simply took what I had at hand and let it flow. To my surprise, I liked the result much more than I expected. It was a nice feeling to rediscover something that connected me so much with myself. The drawing is a photo with my cousins, who recently came to visit me. We shared laughs, stories and good times, and that inspired me to portray us. It's not perfect, but it has affection, it has intention, and most of all, it has that spirit of reconnecting with something that once made me happy. I'm glad I did it.

Después de muchos años sin dibujar, decidí volver a intentarlo. Siempre me gustó, pero por alguna razón lo fui dejando de lado. Esta vez, sin tener los lápices adecuados ni demasiada práctica, simplemente tomé lo que tenía a mano y dejé que fluyera. Para mi sorpresa, el resultado me gustó mucho más de lo que esperaba. Fue una sensación bonita reencontrarme con algo que me conectaba tanto conmigo misma. El dibujo es una foto con mis primos, que vinieron hace poco a visitarme. Compartimos risas, historias y buenos momentos, y eso me inspiró a retratarnos. No es perfecto, pero tiene cariño, tiene intención y, sobre todo, tiene ese espíritu de reencontrarse con algo que una vez me hizo feliz. Me alegra haberlo hecho.
