A night of partying and stand up to get out of routine - Una noche de fiesta y stand up para salir de la rutina//ENG/ESP

Yesterday was a really amazing night. With a group of friends and coworkers, we decided to get out of the routine and have some fun and celebrate the birthday of one of them, so we went to a place called Trotamundos in Quilpué, Chile. We went there because we were going to see a stand up comedy show by the famous comedian La Wilo.

We arrived with a lot of expectation and the atmosphere of the place was immediately great and with a lot of lights. The show started at 10 o'clock and La Wilo did not disappoint. Between laughter and applause, the time flew by, and soon we all found ourselves with sore cheeks from laughing so hard. Despite not being Chilean, I had more fun than I expected.

When the show was over, far from the end of the night, the music started to play with a guest dj and we stayed on the dance floor. At first I thought we would stay for a little while and leave, but in the end Trotamundos turned into a dance floor. We danced until 3 in the morning, laughing a lot because I am the foreigner and they played a lot of Chilean music that I didn't know, besides teaching each other typical steps. It was a great night to remember, and one that we will probably repeat!

Ayer fue una noche realmente increíble. Con un grupo de amigas y compañeras de trabajo, decidimos salir de la rutina y divertirnos un poco y celebrar el cumpleaños de una de ellas, así que nos dirigimos a un local llamado Trotamundos en Quilpué, Chile. Fuimos a ese sitio porque íbamos a ver un espectáculo de stand up comedy del famoso comediante La Wilo.

Llegamos con mucha expectativa y el ambiente del lugar inmediatamente estaba genial y con muchas luces. El show comenzó a las 10 y La Wilo no decepcionó. Entre risas y aplausos, el tiempo pasó volando, y pronto nos encontrábamos todas con dolor de mejillas de tanto reír. A pesar de no ser chilena, me divertí mas de lo que esperaba.

Cuando el show terminó, lejos de acabar la noche, la música comenzó a sonar con un dj invitado y nos quedamos en la pista de baile. En principio pensaba que estaríamos un ratico y nos iríamos, pero al final Trotamundos se transformó en una pista de baile. Bailamos hasta las 3 de la mañana, riéndonos mucho porque yo soy la extrajera y ponían mucha música chilena que no me sabía, además de enseñarnos mutuamente pasos típicos. Fue una gran noche para recordar, y que probablemente repitamos!
