The Old Factory - Light Art Photography on HIVE

Gemeinsam mit @stepko , @candelart, @marlasinger666 und Hans Roufflair waren wir nachts in einer alten Fabrik unterwegs. Unterstützt wurden wir von Henning und Thomas, die uns die Türen der Fabrik öffneten und für unser leibliches Wohl gesorgt haben. Dafür nochmal mein herzlichen Dank.
Nach einem Rundgang über das Gelände stellte ich meine Kamera in der großen Fabrikhalle auf und machte einige Testaufnahmen mit dem neuen Camera Rotation Tool. @candelart schlüpfte in den UV Anzug und @stepko machte die Nebelmaschine startklar. In der Halle gibt es elektrischen Strom. Die Arbeit war somit sehr komfortabel.
Together with @stepko, @candelart, @marlasinger666 and Hans Roufflair, we spent the night exploring an old factory. We were supported by Henning and Thomas, who opened the factory doors for us and took care of our physical well-being. Once again, my sincere thanks for that.
After a tour of the premises, I set up my camera in the large factory hall and took some test shots with the new Camera Rotation Tool. @candelart slipped into the UV suit and @stepko got the fog machine ready. There is electricity in the hall, which made the work very comfortable.

Zuerst beleuchtete ich die Halle mit der Emisar D4K und drehte die Kamera in fünf Schritten um die optische Achse. Das sah dann so aus:
First, I illuminated the hall with the Emisar D4K and rotated the camera around the optical axis in five steps. It looked like this:
Danach stellte sich @candelart in Position und ich beleuchtete ihn mit der UV Taschenlampe (Convoy S2). @stepko schaltete die Nebelmaschine hinter @candelart ein. Im letzten Schritt leuchtete ich mit der grünen Convoy S2 in Richtung Kamera. Der erste Versuch gefiel mir nicht so recht, der Nebel war zu schnell abgezogen.
Then @candelart got into position and I illuminated him with the UV torch (Convoy S2). @stepko switched on the fog machine behind @candelart. In the final step, I shone the green Convoy S2 towards the camera. I wasn't really happy with the first attempt; the fog had cleared too quickly.

Wir haben dann das Tor zur Halle geschlossen und etwas mehr Nebel in die Halle geblasen. Das endgültige Ergebnis seht ihr oben.
We then closed the door to the hall and blew a little more fog into the hall. You can see the final result above.

Das war wieder ein schönes Treffen unter Gleichgesinnten. Das sollten wir viel öfter mal praktizieren. Übung macht ja bekanntlich den Meister. Von mir kam das letzte halbe Jahr hier auf HIVE nichts mehr. Das hatte sicherlich viele Gründe. Vielleicht kommt es auf die Liste meiner guten Vorsätze für das nächste Jahr. 😜
Ja, wir sollten unbedingt öfter gemeinsam mit den Taschenlampen rumfuchteln.
