Hallo, liebe Hive Gemeinschaft
Trainieren zum Spaß
Heute geht es hier mit einem neuen Trainingsgerät weiter.
Hier seht ihr eine Dipstange mit Klimmzugstange.
Der Zusammenbau ging sehr gut, der Bauplan war mach Baukastenprinzip und alles war ordentlich beschriftet.
Allerdings fehlten 3 Unterlegscheiben, die ich aber durch die noch vorhandene Größe ersetzen konnte.
Das Gestell ist gut verarbeitet, höhenverstellbar und recht stabil.
Farblich ist es in schwarz-rot gehalten, was sehr gut zu meinem Trampolin und meiner anderen Ausrüstung passt.

Fit For Fun
Today we continue here with a new training tool.
Here you see a dip bar with pull-up bar.
The assembly went very well, the construction plan was mach kit principle and everything was neatly labeled.
Nevertheless, 3 washers were missing, but I was able to replace them with remaining sizes.
The framework is well made, height adjustable and quite stable.
Color-wise it is held in black red, which fits very well with my trampoline and my other equipment.

Komm doch einfach mal zum Holzhacken vorbei. Funktioniert komplett ohne Unterlegscheiben und stärkt die Muskeln von Kopf bis Fuß. 😉
Wie ich meinen Nachbarn einschätze, würde der im Dezember die geschlachtete Sau daran aufhängen. Multifunktion nennt man das wohl? 😂
Hahaha. Das muüsste aber eine schlanke Sau sein, das Gerät packt nur 200 KG ;-)
Die Sau ausgenommen unter 200 Kilo ist beste Qualität. All das, was darüber hinausgeht, sind Futterrückstände, über die du besser nicht informiert sein wolltest.
Die fette Sau ist Tierquälerei und eine ausgemachte Sauerei!
