Toller Lebensstil Auf der Hive Blockchain " Ein hopfiges ENGELE "
Hallo, liebe Hive-Community
Heute geht es weiter mit meinem festlichen Bierkalender.
Heute gibt es ein richtig cooles Bier, ein hopfiges „ENGELE“ aus der 500 Jahre alten Zwiefalter Klosterbrauerei.
Das Bier hat 4,8% Alkohol und ist himmlisch herb mit einer leichten Zitronennote.
Die Zitronennote kommt von einer Melange aus Tettnager Hopfen.
Den „Engele“ gibt es in der 0,33 Liter Flasche in 4 Varianten: naturtrüb, hopfig, alkoholfrei und hell.

Vor langer Zeit wurde im Kloster Zwiefalten ein Bier gebraut, das die Mönche besonders verzauberte: Es war strohgelb, feinmalzig und mild – und so unverschämt süffig, dass es fast schon eine Sünde war. Auf Geheiß des Abtes wurde das Fass in den hintersten Winkel des Klosterkellers gebracht. Am nächsten Tag der Schock: Das Fass war komplett leer, es konnten keine Krüge mehr gefüllt werden. Der Abt war wütend.
Wer hatte den kostbaren Gerstensaft manipuliert? Aber keiner der Mönche hatte etwas gesehen oder gehört, es war ihnen allen ein Rätsel. Und so gab es nur eine Erklärung für den Verlust: Die Engel müssen sich über Nacht an diesem himmlischen Getränk gelabt haben. Von da an ließen sie immer ein kleines Fässchen "für die Engel" im Keller..."

Today I continue with my festive beer calendar.
Today, a really cool beer is featured, a hoppy " ENGELE " from the 500-year-old Zwiefalter Klosterbrauerei.
The beer has 4.8% alcohol and is heavenly tart with a slight lemon note.
The lemon note comes from a melange of Tettnager hops.
The "Engele" is available in a 0.33 litre bottle in 4 variants: naturally cloudy, hoppy, non-alcoholic and pale.

One day long ago, a beer was brewed in the monastery at Zwiefalten that particularly enchanted the monks: it was straw-yellow, finely malty and mild - and so outrageously drinkable that it was almost a sin. At the abbot's behest, the barrel was taken to the farthest corner of the monastery cellar. The next day there was a shock: the barrel was completely empty, no more jugs could be filled. The abbot was angry.
Who had tampered with the precious barley juice? But none of the monks had seen or heard anything, it was a mystery to them all. And so there was only one explanation for the loss: the angels must have feasted on this heavenly drink overnight. From then on, they always left a small barrel "for the angels" in the cellar..."
