Klasse Lebensstil Auf der Hive Blockchain " Holzkohle, Die Erste "
Hallo, liebe Hive Gemeinschaft
Heute geht es hier weiter mit Grillen.
Seit ein paar Jahren habe ich einen Weber Holzkohlengrill rumstehen, welcher komplett unbenützt ist.
Da dachte ich mir, das ist ein würdiger Zeitpunkt um diesen einzuweihen.
Das Holzheizsystem ist recht ausgeklügelt und man heizt die Kohle vor.
Die Kohle wird dann in 2 Schalen gegeben.
Leider hatte ich ein bisschen zu wenig Kohle gemacht und musste dann nochmal eine 2 Füllung ansetzten.
Am Ende hat dann alles geklappt nur ich habe vergessen weitere Bilder zu machen.

Hello, dear Hive community
Today I'm going to continue with grilling.
Since a couple of years I have a Weber charcoal grill sitting around, which is completely unused.
So I thought this would be a good time to inaugurate it.
The wood heating system is quite sophisticated and you preheat the coal.
The coal is then put into 2 trays.
Unfortunately, I had made a little too little coal and had to put on another 2 fillings.
In the end everything worked out but I forgot to take more pictures.

Es gab 1 Rote, 2 Schweinebauch und 3 Rumpsteaks ;-)

Angegrillt! Ich wollte hier in Australien natürlich auch nicht auf einen Grill verzichten und hab mir den george foreman elektrogrill gekauft. Kein verglich zu einem Kohlegrill aber dafür läuft er fast jeden Tag :)

Das hört sich nach einer vernünftigen Anschaffung an und sollte ich mir auch mal überlegen.
