Enjoy a trip to Pulau Weh and Pulau Rubiah.

Enjoying a trip to two islands is a trip that most people dream about. especially for me, because this is an opportunity for me to visit this island in late 2022. when we visited this island, namely Weh Island or often also called Sabang Island. On this island, we can see the 0-kilometre Point Monument which is located in the village of Iboih, the westernmost area in Indonesian territory.

When I was still on the boat, from the port of Ulee Lheue in the city of Banda Aceh, we made this trip. Until we were in the middle of the ocean on our way, we wanted to go to the island of Sabang.

Until we reached the village of Iboih to attend the 0-kilometer Tugu Monument.

Some so many people come here with their friends and family, so some of them take pictures together, just in front of the 0-kilometer monument, they capture the photo moment together as a souvenir.

When we travel to the island of Weh, the first thing we see when we are here is the Monument Kilometre Zero which is located in the village of Iboih or about 50 minutes when we travel from the center-city of Sabang, so it’s not surprising when people say about Sabang, What they have in mind is Pulau Weh.

Then we continued our journey to the island of Rubiah. For the trip to the island of Rubiah, we can take a maximum of 16 minutes from the island of Weh, because the distance is not too far, so it is very easy for us to cross to the island of Rubiah by boat by the coastal road.

To travel to the island of Rubiah, what we need to prepare is a boat, so we rent one of the boats here, to make our next trip, namely to an island that is called the divers' paradise.! No wonder when we arrive at the island of Rubiah, we can dive to the bottom of the coastal ocean to see the beauty of coral reefs and fish. The cost of renting a boat from the beach of Iboih, which is on Pulau Weh, to the island of Rubiah, starts from Rp. 20000 per person. both to go home and to leave.

It is the face of the border between Iboih Island and Rubiah Island.

Arriving on the island of Rubiah, we can snorkel at the beach, diving to the bottom of the sea to see the fish.

Rubiah Island is located approximately 350 meters from Iboih Beach or approximately 23.5 kilometers from Weh Island.
