We travelled to the southern part of Taiwan, enjoyed the breathtaking overlooking view of Hengchun Township, Pingtung: Kenting National Park.

Batanes a well known tourist destination has been on my bucket list for a long time. Thus I haven't accomplished it for years since it was an expensive trip like when you travel outside the Philippines.

After we toured from Kaohsiung to Taipie, the generous Team Leader of the husband told us that on their next rest day we will be going to the south part of Taiwan, Tainan. What to do there? They say Kenting beach was the best.

At first, I was not really interested as I've been used to beaches. I grew up on an island right? Thus, as we parked the car beside the road our companion told us. Be careful opening the car windows as the wind was too strong. Huh, why was it so?

From the road, in between the grassy fields a pathway was constructed for the convenience of anyone that wanted to visit whatever you can see at the end of it.

Yet, we are all surprised to see a group of tourists going back to the road! Did you spot the heads? That intrigues my curiosity how beautiful the place was that this group of people traveled just to see it?

Here what I mean, I am sure they won't fit in one tourist bus but maybe two or three.

Just few minutes of walking, I saw a glimpse of it.

So it was an open field with an overlooking view of the beach! Speaking of strong winds, it really was! I could hear it was howling!

The same at Yehliu Geopark the sand was honey gold like. In one portion of you can see a soil erosion. Might it was intentionally of cause by rain water, flood.

I was trying to go nearer to the cliff as I wanted to take more photos but the wind was really strong!

My hair flip's and even the ribbon of my shorts was untied. So I called hubby to stand at my back, hold my waist as a support!

Was worth it as this is what I captured. Okay baby, make sure to hold me tight! How I wish I could call someone to take us a photo like Jack and Rose in Titanic. Do you know the pose I am referring to?

I tilt more a bit to capture the other side. Above the shoreline were these green fields! Quite an ideal place to spend time for relaxation. In some instances, yes anyone could go down nearer as there was a trail. Only the time we visited was not. It was too dangerous!

Here are a few more shots I took!

The panoramic view was so breathtaking to hold. My eyes were full, satisfied and quite enjoyed looking around this wonderful natural sight.

Above the shore where we are standing some parts of was decorated with grasses not that tall to be called bushes. Thus, enough to make it look refreshing.

By the way, did you see that island afar? It is already part of Batanes, Philippines. My bucket list might not yet be checked but at least I visited a certain place close to it.

There are several rocks below the cliffy side which is one of the reasons why I don't one to take the risk of going down.

I tried taking a decent photo but the wind prevented me from doing so!🤣 We stayed here for a few more moments then afterwards we decided to leave as we still needed to travel back to Kaohsiung.

But hey! This is one of our travels where the sun was shining so I couldn't help but to take a photo.

Trying to practice my photography skills!

Walking back with us was only a few tourists and since I walk slowly, they are no longer included here.

Hello everyone! Happy weekend! It took me a lot of time writing this blog for some reasons. Crossed fingers that it is what I want too as really hoping for the best.

Usual, this is my entry in #Wednesdaywalk hosted by @tattoodjay and #makemesmile by @elizacheng.

Before I forgot, there is no entrance fee here! Fantastic right?
