How I celebrate my birthday in my mid-thirties.

Yep, days ago I celebrated my 36th birthday! That was fast and in a few more years I will be forty, oh no! Though I was curious about how I will look when I become a silver blogger, lol!

How we in mid-thirties celebrates our birthday?

Last year, my husband surprised me , you can see it here, yet this year told him not too as I was planning to go out and have a date with our son, Caleb.

However, the plan didn't get well because Caleb had a cold and even mild fever a night before. He was okay the next day but still with a runny nose. Instead of letting him play at the toddler section at the nearest mall. I decided to have a stroll instead and maybe eat after.

Maybe he was not in a good mood and wanted to be carried. Thus after a little bit of coaxing I persuaded him to walk.

While walking with my sister in-law it suddenly crossed my mind, why not drop by in a photo studio and have a decent picture with my son?

I inquired here at picture picture and glad they offer for only $5.78, two hard copies of photo in 3R size. For the soft copy, you may download , not all raw photos but the same with what you had paid.

After a few retouches only to realize I don't even have any powder with me. No choice but to let my oily face . You may see my son smiling and laughing in photos or videos I shared here but when I paid?

SEE? He was even frowning that I find it hard to choose for decent shots . Thankfully the staff had good editing skills so it looked good.

Afterwards, we went to the department store as I wanted to buy clothes. Buying online now doesn't fit with me all the time. With the body I had after giving birth, I needed to choose an outfit. Unlike before I could wear whatever I want.

There were a lot of items on sale and I was looking for Mom's jeans or shorts. Skinny jeans don't look good on me with my current bulging belly . Thus, it was hard to shop when you have a toddler. Sister in-law was with us but her wrist hurts so she can't carry Caleb for a long time.

It was only a quick shop and I managed to buy a skort and a shirt to pair.

Perhaps, better to eat as I was starving already.

So far, I enjoyed my food and ate well since he was also busy playing with his Tita. Then, after we go home.

Almost twilight when we arrived home.

Just like that, my birthday ended. No cake, no party, just celebrating it silently. Only my family remembered and greeted me before I posted on my social media account. At this age, I prefer to celebrate it simple and intimate.
