Fungi Friday: Mushrooms in winter
Hello!
Today, while walking with my friend, we unexpectedly discovered this "mushroom family." The snow, which had gnarled the ground a bit, had melted. The weather has been warm, almost spring-like, for two days now. This morning it was pleasantly sunny. However, we had to go out for a walk in the afternoon, as an air alert was declared throughout the country. In the afternoon it began to drizzle a little rain. The rain quickly stopped.

Apparently the weather is good for mushroom growth. I made some captures.
At ground level it was difficult to shoot because the soil was wet.
It seems to me that these are Flammulina velutipes Am I right or not?
I read that the abundant fruiting of these mushrooms is from November to February. Today is February 3, 2023.

Thank you for stopping by. Oh, I'm sorry, it took me a while to respond. I'm having problems with electricity and cell phone service.
No worries :) Have a nice day!
I love their shape they are soo well formed!
Oh yes, amazing! The cold period does not prevent the mushrooms from growing.

My thanks! The bright color in the midst of winter is pleasing.
