I was browsing the internet, wondering if there were any communities for writers or places where people could share what they write, since that's a little hobby of mine... and I stumbled upon Hive almost by accident. It was such a lovely surprise 🌸.

Hive is tough at first. I know what it's like to arrive without knowing anyone and having to teach yourself, but with perseverance and hard work, you'll get where you want to be. I've given you a lot of information, so take it slowly, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
One more thing, never ask people to follow you or vote for you... that's a sure-fire way to get ignored (or worst) here. Build your network organically, treat others the way you'd like to be treated. 😘
I understand what you mean, and I appreciate you telling me with good intentions 🫶about asking people to follow me… oh, I said it out of excitement, not to bother anyone 🙈 Just arrived, seeing so many lovely people, I just wanted to feel part of something, you know… like when you timidly enter a new place and say hello hoping someone will smile back at you. 🥹As for me, I did follow everyone who commented because I thought it was such a sweet gesture that they took a minute to welcome me ✨
