Wednesday Walk - 05.01.24 Local Birds!

So my friends for this week's #wednesdaywalk I was looking around my local area and noticed the "Birds"! And a few surprises at the end!
(*Some photos are not that clear, windy conditions - but I included them anyways...)
So I started at the Park, I went to this pool,

where I noticed this young Blue Heron,

I got a few photos of him, but if you know these birds - you know they are the "least trusting" of about any bird,
so he was always trying to move away,

I got quite a few shots of this Seagull, catching fish,

A few separate photos,

I left this area and ride the bike about a mile and a half down closer to the channel, but first I got this very interesting shot with the Seagulls over the bike, "on flew left, one flew right, and one went straight ahead",

here I found this Ibis,

And then I found this, and sorry if the photo quality... But on this bird, you got to take what you get!
This is a "Pink Spoonbill". I included this for one reason... This is what people "mistake" for a Pink Flamingo - "There are no Pink Flamingos in Texas", they are Spoonbills.

And that was it for today, conditions were a little unfavorable for photos - but I did want to go and see what was possible!
