Wednesday Walk: 03.18.2026 "My Wednesday"!

Hello Friends, and thank you for your visit!

It is #wednesdaywalk #11 of 2026, it was mostly "Windy" last week, but we are hitting temps (avg) in the 80°F / 26.66°C daily!
But first, as always I want to thank @tattoodjay for this community - Congrats to you!

And "Thank You" for this community!

For this weeks #wednesdaywalk I am still getting used to my new (to me) vehicle+ so I decided to take some pnotos of the better parts of the day!
So first I woke up to this "Awesome Sunrise"!

And enlarged,

Then as usual on Wednesdays I went over to the old house to feed animals. While there I took a photo of the Mandeville blooming,

And then I noticed (with the help of my friend) that something was watching me,

A baby "Tree Frog"! And first of the year!

Here he really crouched down. I decided to leave him alone, I didn't want to scare it.

In between everything I "Pit Stopped" at the grocery store and saw this,

Interesting one has that much money to pump into a pickup truck...

After being home for awhile I realized I did want to get a few more photos so... Over to the Park!

The first thing I saw was this,
It's a helicopter hovering out by the Dredging Boats across the Channel,

(*I will come back to that)
This is the late afternoon Sun going down in the West over the Breeding Pond,

And around the Fishing Pier there were quite a few Seagulls hanging around as well,

This is a look North (for a change) up the Shoreline,

And yes, there are some guys coming in on a makeshift boat of some kind - possibly from the Dredging Boat,

And then, the Helicopter came in across the Channel,

And landed over by the Marina,

Interesting how more and more people and businesses are using helicopter here just to hop around on the Islands. When I first got here such things were unheard of - even a few years ago!
