Wednesday Walk 02.22.23 Visiting a friend!

Well my friends I have been "absent" again - last week..☹️😕🙁
So...
This week I did something "different" and went to an area I have not made it to before, though had considered..🤔
I have a friend living on the extreme north side of the island here (which is why I do not call it a peninsula), it's in the sticks a bit, late afternoon, why not?
So..
This is a shot from my friends place to the right, I am "STRONGLY" considering leasing this lot!

This is my friends place! He is a little eccelectic - this you can see by the "surfboard bench, cat house", and other items he has around his property. Yep, exactly why I am interested in the place! 😉

This is another "surfboard" swing he made and has in the property. Here he is in the background working on his bike,

This is the field directly behind the lots,

And another view. My friend informed me these fields are "meeting places" for Coyotes, another reason of interest....😁

Hello friend @lesmann, this place looks very peaceful and relaxed, I would particularly like to live in a space like this away from the hustle and bustle and where I can interact freely with nature.

Actually and "Physically", You should have been there! Since I see you play Saxophone, I will tell you about the part of the trip I didn't post...🤭

I dug out my buddies "stratocaster", and he also had a bass there and we played around a bit, sax would be perfect!

It is a relaxing place for sure, and only 3 miles from my house.. Though compared to mainstream suburbia I have come to realize I do live in the country...😉🤭😁

No it ewasnt to bad and didnt take to long to clear

I have seen video if a blow torch or flame thrower, would be such fun to try but not sure my wife would be amused LOL

If I ever did try it would have to be early morning while she is still asleep LOL

I just remembered I did do it with a make shift flame thrower years back in Bosnia, me and some of my colleagues got bored and build our own one, it shot flames maybe 20 feet and was a blast melting the snow with it, but after we sobered up a bit we dismantled it realising it was perhaps not really safe LOL

Ha ha ha!
I did something similar myself in Germany... Basically warming up diesel truck stuff so it wasn't so cold!
But that was a small Army issue torch,
I do wonder about the "run-off" re-freezing! 🤔
