My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2026 - "My Alive and Thriving Monday"!
Hello friends and happy Tuesday evening I wish you and also want to thank you for your visit!
This is a report for yesterday's activities, I was getting the "step-count" as high as possible, so I took the clock as far as well!
So onward to yesterday (sounds funny, right?)!
The first photo I wish to share with you is this Celosia plant, also known as Cockscomb,
I saw this on a shelf at the grocery store, the price was right and it was the only one plus, the color was so vivid I had to get it!
So after a little rest I headed out on Brutus, and first over to the Park. Over there first I saw this Heron hopping around on the rocks,
And then I caught this Seagull overhead,
And then I decided to do something else so....
I rode around a little and saw some various Wildflowers that I normally don't photograph and decided to give it a shot! At least something a little different so..
First, this is a Coastal Indigo, also known as a "Scarlet Pea",
These are also growing literally everywhere!
They are called, "Dahlberg daisies" and there is as much of them as there is Sunflowers!
I rode over to this Parking Lot across from "Dockside",
And I saw this clump of "Firewheels" growing in the middle of Mustard plants - gone to seed! It looked almost SciFi like so I had to take a photo to share,
Turning around I saw this Dandelion that had also gone to seed and it looked interesting in contrast to all the flowers,
And then this Sunflower that I got a decent photo of as well,
After that I rode home and went through my normal house chores, etc...
At about Sundown I wanted to walk around and take a look outside and this was the Sun going down in the West,
And since I was outside I got this photo a few moments later,
And that was it for my #aliveandthriving Monday!
