My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2025 : An Alive and Thriving Sunday!
Hello friends and happy Sunday evening, and New Week I wish you and also want to thank you for your visit!
This is a report for today's activities - I think that the step count is as far as it is going for today, maybe another 50 steps, "at the most"!
So today had it's high points, so let's see what happened while I was building up the steps!
First there was a Rainbow in the sky,
Then I saw this Sunrise to the South East,
So I went inside and took care of the Kitties and headed on the Black bike over to the old house.
When I got there there the "Tortoise" that lives next door came out to say "Hi"!
And then walked / crawled over,
This girl is around 30 years old, absolutely amazing - and can be pretty friendly, when she knows you.
Well I left there after awhile and headed home. This got me my 10 mile 16.04 kilometer ride, and put my step count at a little over 5000 steps!
As usual when I got home, I ate and relaxed a little and then headed out to the Park. And when I got there I have to say, the Storms had returned!
This is a look over towards Mustang Island,
As you can see all it had to do was cross the Channel, so I did not stay long!
Here is the "Daily Gull on the Pole",
And when I turned around, as you can see - the Storm was about across the Channel to where I was,
And so, I decided that although I was already in the mud, it was time to go home! I left the Park and headed back to my place!
All the rest of the step-count was from house chores, and cooking dinner.
