My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2025 - My Alive and Thriving Tuesday!

Hello friends and happy Tuesday evening I wish you and also want to thank you for your visit!

This is a report for today's activities, and it's the end of a long day!
But first this was today's Sunrise, this is Northeast,

And this is a few more views a short while later,

and...

It was a Awesome Sunrise, to say the least!
After my normal morning chores, I had to go to the Doctor to get labs drawn...
And on the way home from that I made a pit stop at the grocery store. I didn't get any decent photos, but thought to mention it because it did add to the step-count!
And then it rained!

Luckily it was "hard and fast"! It was totally over in about 20 minutes!
Well that was the rain, it took awhile to dry!
And then I took out the Green bike and rode over to the Park.
Here is the daily "Gull on a Pole",

This is a look down the Shoreline after the rain,

After awhile this Seagull flew by,

And I caught this Heron out in the water looking for food...

Then this flew overhead,

While I was paying attention to the Plane the Heron saw his chance and flew last me to a rock in front of me,

Now that's #aliveandthriving !

After that I rode around the neighborhood and headed home. Although the weather looked "iffy" at best it did not rain, but I didn't want to take any chances!

The rest of the Steps are from my normal house chores, etc..

And that was my #aliveandthriving Tuesday!
