My Actifit Report Card: June 2, 2025 - Alive and Thriving, "Coming Ashore"!

Hello friends and happy Tuesday evening, and thank you for your visit!

This is a report for yesterday's activities.
I wanted to get a photo or two of the huge pole setters they were using to set new electric poles over to some of the smaller "mud islands" between here and Padre Island - and I got lucky!
But it went like this, after all my morning chores I wanted to get in a few miles on the Black bike so I headed over to the Park.
I caught this "Kingfisher " catching a snack,

And flying away,

Over there the Shoreline to the South looked like this yesterday,

As I was taking this photo I noticed something,

Yes! If I hurried I might make it down the Channel where they park them for the evening! It was coming in pretty steady and I was a ways away.
Off I went! And.. I almost made it to the bridge where it was coming Ashore!
Here it is cutting through the edge of the Breeding Pond,

Here this guy is playing around - "I think" and pulled a "Wheelie"!

From there it crawled out of the water and up the bank,

And by this time the other one was already parked on the side,

And now the other one had made it up the road and was heading in,

After watching all that I wanted to move on and get my miles / step-count up. Along the way I got this photo of the late afternoon Sky,

And that was it for my #aliveandthriving Monday!
