Hello and blessings friends of @family-Friends, it is a pleasure for me to tell you about this experience lived today September 01, where 18 years are fulfilled of that first day in which we put a foot in this institution to exercise functions as Municipal Police, in the Municipality Bolívar, of the state Sucre.

You do not know the story that there is behind that first day and much less the teachings, learning, adventures and misfortunes that we lived those 12 officials who can see in that plaque, once we started working.

For the time being I only tell you, that Commissioner Julián Espinoza, creator and founder of this police, contacted me after several years, to invite me to this small celebration, to which I love and excitedly accepted.

Of the founders there are few left, those who see in the small group next to the Commissioner. It was a morning of emotions, when touring those spaces where I lived so many things, that remain in my memory.

The Commissioner gave a great speech, of those that sink in your mind and heart, where honor and good police mysticism, as he taught us, should be in every police force, as in any institution.

My husband accompanied me and we were accompanied by the Commissioner and his wife, who by the way at the end of the activity we were talking a lot pleasantly with another course mate and founder of the police, who I tell you as a requirement of a mastership that he is doing, he is going to make a book, of how the creation of this police was given, so many will know how everything happened and it is a story worthy of being told. .

Now I leave you some literal words written by Commissioner Julián Espinoza, for the celebration of this anniversary.

One day like 01/09/2005 I had the honor and privilege of founding the police of the Municipality Bolívar, State Sucre; In the company of a group of brave men and women whom I admire and respect a lot. Today, 18 years of its foundation are celebrated, I feel honored to have collaborated with my grain of sand so that this institution continues to fulfill its slogan "SERVING AND PROTECTING IS OUR MISSION". In this celebration was present Commissioner Ines Galanton Commander of the police of Mariguitar who in the company of his operational and administrative personnel, who have been doing their mission in an excellent way with the same spirit for which it was created, and I ask all the personnel to continue working with much ethics and morals, for which they have won the respect of the inhabitants and visitors of this beautiful Municipality. A writing with great value and feeling, I know that every word is true, it falls short, with that grain of sand, the Commissioner was the pillar of that institution and is still so from a distance.

All those who learned from him, we are proud that he was part of our lives and we are grateful for everything he did to make this police force succeed with a group of young people without any malice and willing to serve and protect the community.
