Sketchbook Series 12

I've been trying to draw this pose for sometime now. I remember the first time I tried it, she looked weird as hell so I erased and went to bed. I stared at the reference again last night and decided to try again, I took it slow this time taking note of the angle of her head, hand and everything.

It wasn't very easy neither was it difficult, I just needed to pay more attention because it obviously wasn't one of those quick portraits, I took a different approach and stayed patient as not to mess it up. I really love this and will definitely explore more poses and facial expressions like this one...
