Convivir con diversos grupos / Living with diverse groups

Algo que me ha tocado aprender, o intentar transformar, es la situación de convivir con grupos distintos que se resisten a mezclarse, pues, desde más joven he notado que mis amigos suelen hacerse amigos de mis otros amigos, algo que sucede el 90% de las veces, pero no siempre.

• Something I've had to learn, or try to transform, is the situation of living with different groups that resist mixing, because, since I was younger I've noticed that my friends tend to become friends with my other friends, something that happens 90% of the time, but not always.

Recientemente como jefe de grupo de personal de variad ciudades distintas, noté que durante un evento hubo cierta resistencia a compartir mesa con el equipo de otra ciudad, algo que me sorprendió porque como siempre sucede, mis amigos se hacen amigos de mis amigos, quizas en este caso fue distinto ya que era un ambiente más laboral.

• Recently, as a group leader of staff from various cities, I noticed that during an event there was some resistance to sharing a table with the team from another city, something that surprised me because as always happens, my friends become friends with my friends, perhaps in this case it was different since it was a more work environment.

Espero que eso cambie pronto, quizas para el próximo encuentro.
