Mariposa en apuros / Butterfly in distrees.

En una de mis aventuras de birding visitamos un lugar que por lo denso de la vegetación y los variados colores llamativos que había, parecía tener un poco de magia además del olor a hierva y a tierra mojada.
Caminando por el sendero, es normal encontrarse las aves buscando la comida, para sus pichones o algunos disputándose el rico manjar que mamá les trae. Pero esta vez llamó nuestra atención que quien revoloteaba y luchaba por su vida era una hermosa mariposa, de colores amarillo y negro que parecía un lienzo cuando el sol incidía en sus alas.

Según nos acercamos vimos que la hermosa mariposa luchaba insaciablemente por liberarse de una gigante y pegajosa telaraña.



La araña que allí se encontraba, le dijo… No tengas miedo pequeña, te he atrapado, pero esto puede ser una oportunidad para aprender algo valioso…
Asustada, pero con atención, la mariposa escuchaba a la araña que le explicó como cada hilo de su telaraña era un símbolo de conexión entre todos los seres vivos. A veces nos sentimos atrapados en nuestra propia red, pero este momento puede enseñarnos a ser más fuertes y encontrar el camino hacia la libertad.



La mariposa comprendió que había aprendido una maravillosa experiencia, pero también de peligro.
Nosotros allí mirando la escena, sin comprender nada, comenzamos a ayudar a la Mariposa a liberarse de la atadura de la telaraña.



Agradecida por la ayuda se quedó posada en las manos de él, hasta recuperar el aliento que comenzó a volar a nuestro alrededor como diciendo Vamos. Seguimos a la bella mariposa y nos llevó a recorrer todo el sendero donde realmente había un maravilloso mundo de colores, con flores, mariposas y todos los tipos de verdes como es la naturaleza.



Conocimos extraordinarias historias del lugar por sus habitantes que nos contaron leyendas de las mariposas, las aves y otros habitantes comunes. Agradecidos por las amistades que formamos allí inesperadamente.
Fue un día de aprendizaje, de armonía y satisfacción de haber ayudado a la agradecida mariposa que solo cuando partimos dejamos de verla. Pues todo el tiempo estuvo acompañándonos.

Butterfly in Distress / Butterfly in Distress / On one of my birding adventures, we visited a place that, with its dense vegetation and vibrant colors, seemed to possess a touch of magic, along with the scent of grass and damp earth.
Walking along the trail, it's common to see birds searching for food for their chicks, or some vying for the delicious treat their mother brings them. But this time, what caught our attention was a beautiful butterfly fluttering and fighting for its life. Its yellow and black wings resembled a canvas when the sun shone on them.

As we approached, we saw that the beautiful butterfly was struggling tirelessly to free itself from a giant, sticky spiderweb.

The spider there said to her, "Don't be afraid, little one. I've caught you, but this can be an opportunity to learn something valuable..." Frightened, but attentive, the butterfly listened to the spider, who explained how each thread of her web was a symbol of connection between all living beings. Sometimes we feel trapped in our own web, but this moment can teach us to be stronger and find the path to freedom.

The butterfly understood that it had learned a wonderful lesson, but also one of danger.
We stood there watching the scene, not understanding anything, and began to help the butterfly free itself from the spiderweb.
Grateful for the help, it remained perched in his hands until it caught its breath, then began to fly around us as if saying, "Let's go." We followed the beautiful butterfly, and it led us along the entire path, where there truly was a wonderful world of colors, with flowers, butterflies, and all the shades of green that nature offers.
We learned extraordinary stories of the place from its inhabitants, who told us legends of the butterflies, the birds, and other common inhabitants. We were grateful for the friendships we unexpectedly formed there.

It was a day of learning, harmony, and satisfaction for having helped the grateful butterfly, whom we only stopped seeing when we left. For it had been with us the whole time.
