Our church also does prayer and fasting every start and middle of the year. I remember last year, it was June, we had a 7-day prayer and fasting. It was my first time to do it that long. But it was all worth it. Praise God I was able to finish it. Above all, fasting is a good aroma to the Lord and I'm praying that I'll be able to do it again this year.
