winter is an unhealthy season for most people as it lowers the immune system, activates and spreads lots of germs and illnesses and it even leads to psychological downturns like the winter blues.Best prevention is consumption of anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory gems like garlic, ginger or tumeric.

I dont think so its unhealthy. Rather in winter you use more energetic foods which will develop your immune system and you stay fit. I like winter season among all
