UN RECORRIDO AL HOTEL NACIONAL DE CUBA [ESP-ENG]

Hola y buen dia comunidad de Hive Cuba en el dia de hoy vamos a realizar juntos un breve recorrido a travez de mi experiencia por el Hotel Nacional de Cuba una institucion catalogada como la insignia del turismo urbano.

Durante el cuarto año de la especialidad tuvimos una asignatura titulada Geografía del Turismo la cual tenía que ver por su puesto y en mayor media con los diferentes tipos de turismo y el desarrollo de la economía a través de este renglón. Dicha asignatura tenía como parte de sus actividades practicas la visita a centros turísticos de importancia económica, social y medioambiental presentes en el país y precisamente uno de los escogidos por nuestra profesora Margara Guzmán Roque, fue el Hotel Nacional de Cuba por ser este uno de los hoteles más cotizados en la capital Habanera desde el siglo pasado.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en el corazón del Vedado, uno de los quince municipios de la Ciudad de la Habana en Cuba, su estratégica ubicación de cara a la bahía de la ciudad ínsita a visitantes nacionales y extranjeros a realizar una breve estancia en sus instalaciones que contienen un alto nivel de confort y atención al cliente. Fue inaugurado en la década del 1930 desde esa fecha hasta la actualidad ha mantenido su arquitectura y demás sellos que lo hacen único en su tipo en la capital de todos los cubanos.

El hotel cuenta con cuatro cientas veinte seis habitaciones (426) estándar donde de ellas se identifican 30 Junior Suites, 12 Senior Suites, 2 Suites Especiales, 1 Suite Presidencial y 1 Suite Real. Como parte de la historia del lugar se conoce que el Hotel ha sido visitado por numerosas personalidades de todo el mundo y cada
uno de ellos tiene un lugar especial dentro de la propia instalación. Ejemplo Los grandes gánsteres de la mafia, Steven Spielberg, Francis Ford Coppola, y hasta Bola de Nieve.

Durante la trayectoria recorrida por el grupo se pudieron observar diferentes espacios en los que se alberga una buena parte de la prestigiosa historia que almacena el lugar desde la época de la colonia, como por ejemplo el jardín el cual aún guarda las huellas del sistema de defensa de la republica durante la época del 30. Mayormente conformado por un sistema de cañones de la Batería de Santa Clara que sirvieron para proteger a la capital desde ese punto a los ataques de embarcaciones enemigas.

Finalizando el recorrido tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer el cabaret Parisiena donde en él se puede degustar de diversos espéculos artísticos y de un rato agradable en familia.

En resumen, es una instalación que vale la pena visitar al menos por un dia para conocer aún más la historia antigua de nuestra Habana la cual tiene ya más 500 años.

Este fue mi contenido de hoy, espero que les haya gustado y se hayan motivado a vista uno de los tantos patrimonios de la humanidad declarados por la UNESCO que tiene mi querido y bello país.

Hello and good day Hive Cuba community, today we are going to take a brief tour together through my experience at the Hotel Nacional de Cuba, an institution classified as the flagship of urban tourism.

During the fourth year of the specialty we had a subject titled Geography of Tourism which of course had to do more with the different types of tourism and the development of the economy through this area. The hotel is located in the heart of Vedado, one of the fifteen municipalities of the City of Havana in Cuba, its strategic location facing the city's bay encourages national and foreign visitors to make a brief stay in its facilities. that contain a high level of comfort and customer service. During the journey traveled by the group, different spaces were observed that house a good part of the prestigious history that the place has stored since colonial times, such as the garden which still keeps traces of the defense system. of the republic during the 1930s. Mostly made up of a system of cannons from the Santa Clara Battery that served to protect the capital from that point against attacks by enemy ships.

At the end of the tour we had the opportunity to visit the Parisiena cabaret where you can enjoy various artistic spectacles and have a pleasant time with your family. In short, it is an installation that is worth visiting at least for a day to learn even more about the ancient history of our Havana, which is already more than 500 years old.
