Mi amanecer de todos los lunes

Hoy es lunes y es un día para agradecer un nuevo día, yo agradezco este amanecer porque me recuerda que sigo aquí vivo y feliz, como siempre después de mi rutina de hacer deporte de hacerle el café a mi esposa y repito de agradecer, que puedo seguir, que aunque el cuerpo esté cansado y la mente a veces se nuble, hay algo que me empuja desde adentro.

No es magia, es necesidad, es amor, es familia, es vida, y es lunes, el comienzo de un día y el comienzo de una nueva semana y como todos los lunes solo vengo a compartir contigo de que hoy no diré frases bonitas, quiero verdad, y la verdad es que vivir con dignidad, en medio de lo que sea, ya es una victoria y en Venezuela esa victoria es un día detrás de otro.

Tú y yo sabemos que el sol no pregunta si estamos listos simplemente se asoma poco a poco y comienza a salir por mi oriente y con él, la vida vuelve a empezar, hoy no hay promesas de grandeza, pero sí certezas pequeñas, ese café caliente, que prepare para mi esposa y para mí, hoy es día para saludar a los vecinos y desearle un buen día, el trabajo que me espera como todos los días bien temprano en la mañana y eso basta para mí.

Porque en esta tierra, en esta Venezuela hermosa y pujante, donde cada día es una prueba y una oportunidad, aprendí que la grandeza no se mide en logros visibles, sino en gestos cotidianos. Ese que dice hacer el bien sin mirar a quien, en no rendirse, en seguir adelante con lo que se tiene, con lo que se puede, pero sobre todo con lo que se ama.

Así que hoy ama a quien tienes que amar y más nada.

Como dice el refrán… El sol no espera por nadie. Pero siempre sale para todos.

Solo dedícate a ser feliz encontrar tu luz, segundo a segundo.

My Monday Morning Sunrise

Today is Monday, and it's a day to be grateful for a new beginning. I’m thankful for this sunrise because it reminds me that I’m still here—alive and happy. As always, after my routine of exercising, making coffee for my wife, and yes, giving thanks, I know I can keep going. Even when the body feels tired and the mind gets cloudy, something inside keeps pushing me forward.

It’s not magic. It’s need. It’s love. It’s family. It’s life. And it’s Monday—the start of a day and the beginning of a new week. And like every Monday, I’m just here to share with you that today I won’t say pretty phrases. I want truth. And the truth is that living with dignity, in the midst of whatever comes, is already a victory. And in Venezuela, that victory is one day after another.

You and I know the sun doesn’t ask if we’re ready—it simply peeks out little by little and begins to rise over my eastern sky. And with it, life starts again. Today there are no promises of greatness, but there are small certainties: that hot coffee I made for my wife and myself, the chance to greet the neighbors and wish them a good day, the work that awaits me early in the morning. And for me, that’s enough.

Because in this land, in this beautiful and resilient Venezuela, where every day is a test and an opportunity, I’ve learned that greatness isn’t measured in visible achievements, but in everyday gestures. In doing good without looking at who. In not giving up. In moving forward with what you have, with what you can, but above all, with what you love.

So today, love who you need to love. And that’s it.

As the saying goes… The sun waits for no one. But it always rises for everyone.

Just focus on being happy—finding your light, second by second.
