Mi amanecer de todos los lunes, mi lunes motivacional

Hoy lunes 20 de julio, tercer lunes del mes, este día solo me da un motivo para agradecer. Agradezco por eso y por mucho más, porque llegué, porque estoy aquí, porque respiro, doy gracias al universo y a mi vida cuántica por todo, por mi hogar, por mis hijas y por mi esposa, y por supuesto, por mi familia, familiares y amigos.

Como siempre, comencé mi rutina haciendo ejercicio, cuidando el cuerpo que Dios y este universo paralelo y la vida me prestan, porque a mi edad uno aprende que la salud no se negocia.

Cómo debe ser con los buenos días MUNDOS para empezar el día deseándote un gran día, el lunes pasados ustedes han visto como esas nubes ocultan al astro rey a un punto que simplemente uno piensa en un día gris, si así mismo como lees por qué ver el clima así opaco afecta de alguna manera tu día, es posible que no te afecte de manera interna como a mí me pasa un día gris no me afecta, sin embargo, no puedo hablar por los demás y menos por los factores externos a mí dónde un día gris les cambia la vida por completo.

Hoy el día pinta diferente, desde que me desperté y salí hacer deporte el cielo pintaba despejado y saliendo de y manera hermosa que se aprecia y uno piensa en un maravilloso día, no importa si el día después del medio día pueda cambiar todos conocen el clima que cambia en este mes de julio, pero a pesar de eso cuando amanece de esta manera uno percibe el día de la mejor manera.

Como dice el refrán… El sol no espera por nadie. Pero siempre sale para todos.

Así que me levanto, tomo esta foto del cielo que no se rinde, y escribo para recordarme que aún estoy aquí. Y mientras esté aquí, hay camino.

Solo dedícate a ser feliz. Encuentra tu luz, segundo a segundo.

My Monday Morning Sunrise: My Motivational Monday

Today, Monday, July 20, the third Monday of the month, this day gives me just one reason to be grateful.

I am thankful for that and for so much more—because I made it, because I am here, because I breathe. I give thanks to the universe and to my quantum life for everything: for my home, for my daughters, and for my wife, and of course, for my family, relatives, and friends.

As always, I started my routine by exercising, taking care of the body that God, this parallel universe, and life lend me, because at my age, one learns that health is non-negotiable.

As it should be, with a "good morning, WORLDS" to start the day wishing you a great one. Last Monday, you saw how those clouds hid the sun to the point where you simply thought of a gray day. Yes, just as you read, because seeing the weather so dull affects your day in some way. It might not affect you internally—just like a gray day doesn't affect me—however, I cannot speak for others, and even less for factors external to me, where a gray day completely changes their lives.

Today, the day looks different. Since I woke up and went out to do sports, the sky looked clear, and the sun came out in such a beautiful way that you can truly appreciate it and think of a wonderful day. It doesn't matter if the day might change after noon; everyone knows how the weather changes in this month of July. But despite that, when it dawns this way, one perceives the day in the best possible manner.

For you who are reading this, I only wish that the universe multiplies health and blessings into every step you take this motivational Monday.

As the saying goes… The sun waits for no one. But it always rises for everyone.

So I get up, take this photo of the sky that never gives up, and write to remind myself that I am still here. And as long as I am here, there is a path ahead.
