Mi amanecer de todos los lunes

Hoy el sol no solo se levanta sobre mi oriente, se levanta sobre cada paso que damos hacia lo que soñamos yo como padre sueño con un mejor futuro y un mejor bienestar para con mis hijas hoy lunes mi hija mayor comienza un nuevo semestre, para ser mas exacto el tercer semestre y con este nuevo semestre comienza la oportunidad de aprender lo que antes parecía imposible le toca materias como anatomía y embriología, son nombres que suenan grandes, pero que ella va a conquistar día a día, con constancia, con esfuerzo dedicación y con ganas.

A ti que me estás leyendo, no importa si estudias Medicina o si tu lucha va por otro camino por darte un ejemplo como mi vida, lo mas importante es que no te detengas, que entiendas que cada amanecer trae un nuevo día, y que tú decides cómo vivir ese día que tienes delante de ti, que el cansancio no te robe la ilusión, que el miedo no te apague la luz.

Hoy, como cada lunes, el amanecer a un nuevo día me hace ser y sentir agradecido por todo lo que me toca vivir, y el sol me recuerda que estamos vivos, que puedes, que mereces avanzar, y si por casualidad alguna vez dudas, mira hacia el cielo respira profundamente y agradece, pero sobre todo recuerda de que todo lo que vale la pena comienza con un paso firme y una mirada clara.

Yo solo te invito a creer en ti, confía en lo que haces en tu proceso, aunque sea lento, comienza a valorar tu esfuerzo, muy pocos lo ven seguir, aunque el camino se ponga cuesta arriba, porque lo que estás construyendo no es solo un título, un trabajo, una meta, lo que haces forma parte de tu vida, es tu historia y cada paso que das, cada materia que enfrentas, cada reto que superas, te acerca a la mejor versión de ti que mereces ser, pero no olvide nunca pero nuca agradecer por todo.

Como dice el refrán… El sol no espera por nadie. Pero siempre sale para todos.

Solo dedícate a ser feliz encontrar tu luz, segundo a segundo.

My Monday Morning Sunrise

Today the sun doesn’t just rise over my eastern sky—it rises over every step we take toward what we dream. As a father, I dream of a better future and greater wellbeing for my daughters. This Monday, my eldest daughter begins a new semester—her third—and with it comes the opportunity to learn what once seemed impossible. She’ll face subjects like Anatomy and Embryology. These are big names, yes, but she will conquer them day by day, with discipline, effort, dedication, and determination.

To you who are reading this: it doesn’t matter if you study Medicine or if your path leads elsewhere—like mine. What matters most is that you don’t stop. That you understand every sunrise brings a new day, and you decide how to live it. Don’t let exhaustion steal your hope. Don’t let fear dim your light.

Today, like every Monday, the dawn of a new day makes me feel deeply grateful for everything I get to live. And the sun reminds me that we are alive, that you can move forward, that you deserve to grow. And if by chance you ever doubt, look up at the sky, breathe deeply, and give thanks. But above all, remember: everything worthwhile begins with a steady step and a clear gaze.

I simply invite you to believe in yourself. Trust in what you do, in your process—even if it’s slow. Start valuing your effort, even if few people notice. Keep going, even when the road gets steep. Because what you’re building isn’t just a degree, a job, or a goal. What you do is part of your life—it’s your story. And every step you take, every subject you face, every challenge you overcome brings you closer to the best version of yourself that you deserve to be. But never forget—never, ever forget—to be grateful for it all.

As the saying goes… The sun waits for no one. But it always rises for everyone.

Just focus on being happy—finding your light, second by second.
