Mi amanecer de todos los lunes

Hoy lunes 2 de marzo, primer lunes del mes, agradezco por eso y por mucho más, doy gracias al universo y a mi vida cuántica por todo, por mi hogar, por mis hijas y por mi esposa, y por supuesto por mi familia y familiares y amigos.

No les miento, se que muchas veces para la gran mayoría arrancar la semana suele ser cuesta arriba un poquito, pero mientras estoy terminando de hacer mis ejercicios y apenas veo el cielo pintándose de colores, y comienzo a tomar las fotos, agradezco y me doy cuenta de lo afortunado que soy, saber que estoy vivo y sano, pero ver estos amaneceres ya sea desde mi ventana o desde el pasillo antes de entrar a mi apartamento ya es una tradición que me recarga las pilas.

Es como si el mundo y mi propio universo me dijera. "Epa mi pana Lanz, muévete que hoy va a ser un gran día", pero este mensaje hoy en i mi lunes motivacional también aplica para ti, solo lee en voz alta o simplemente léelo en tu mente pero en un pasamiento en alto y veras como tu actitud cambia para enfrentar el día a día.

Estar aquí con salud y con mi familia con mi gente para mi lo es todo, por eso les comparto estas fotos, también mis mensajes de motivación que entrego los lunes a veces están directo a veces solo tienes que leer entre líneas para que se lleven un pedacito de esta buena vibra, vamos a darle con todo a este marzo, con la mente clara y el corazón agradecido, que lo que viene es bueno si uno le pone empeño.

Mi pana mis amigos, así que vamos con todo, con gratitud y con firmeza, que la semana apenas comienza.

Así que me levanto, tomo esta foto del cielo que no se rinde, y escribo para recordarme que aún estoy aquí. Y mientras esté aquí, hay camino.

My Monday Morning Sunrise

Today, Monday, March 2nd, the first Monday of the month, I am grateful for this and so much more. I thank the universe and my quantum life for everything: for my home, my daughters, and my wife, and of course for my family, relatives, and friends.

I won’t lie to you, I know that for many, starting the week can be a bit of an uphill battle. But while I’m finishing my workout and I start to see the sky painting itself in colors, and I begin to take these photos, I feel grateful and realize how lucky I am. Knowing that I am alive and healthy, and seeing these sunrises—whether from my window or from the hallway before entering my apartment—is already a tradition that recharges my batteries.

It’s as if the world and my own universe are telling me: "Hey, my friend Lanz, get moving, today is going to be a great day." But this message in my motivational Monday also applies to you; just read it out loud or simply in your mind, but with a strong thought, and you’ll see how your attitude changes to face the day-to-day.

Being here with health, with my family, and my people is everything to me. That’s why I share these photos with you. Also, my motivational messages that I deliver on Mondays—sometimes they are direct, sometimes you just have to read between the lines—so you can take a little piece of this good vibe with you. Let’s give it our all this March, with a clear mind and a grateful heart, because good things are coming if you put in the effort.
