Today my search for images took me through the city of Caracas and I was able to reach the Sucre Municipality, Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Park, a place very visited by the large population of Caracas residents, who every weekend come to this natural scenery, to get rid of fatigue and daily stress.

En Medio De La Naturaleza

Hoy mi búsqueda de imágenes me llevó por la ciudad de Caracas y pude llegar al Municipio Sucre, Parque Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda, un lugar muy visitado por la gran población de caraqueños, que todos los fines de semana se dan cita a este escenario natural, para despojarse del cansancio y el estrés cotidiano.

The big difference is that I came on a weekday and I could feel the reigning peace, in these places where we only meet with pure nature and also with solitude, to see that there were no visitors, no movement, no bustle, no breeze to caress my face, and no children playing ball. I could only see the desolate and deserted landscape, where the relentless rays of the sun paint the arid land, like desert sand and some trees shed their leaves, and I could only hear the clicking sound when I stepped on them.

La gran diferencia es que vine en día de semana y pude sentir la paz reinante, en estos lugares donde solo nos encontramos con la pura naturaleza y también con la soledad, de ver que no había visitantes, no había movimiento, no había algarabía, no había brisa, que me acariciara la cara, y ningún niño que jugara a la pelota. Solo podía ver el paisaje desolado y desértico, donde los implacables rayos del sol nos pinta la tierra árida, como arena del desierto y algunos árboles se despojan de sus hojas, y solo podía oír el chasquido cuando las pisaba.

As I continued walking through the park I could discover another panorama, the sun was shining, but the branches of the trees wrapped me, behind me left a dazzling landscape with a clear sky, showing the great mountain of Avila, our natural monument that borders the entire valley of Caracas, whose presence is always imposing.

Al seguir caminando por el parque pude descubrir otro panorama, el sol irradiaba, pero las ramas de los árboles me arropaban, a mis espaldas dejaba, un paisaje deslumbrante con un cielo despejado, dejando ver la gran montaña del Ávila, nuestro monumento natural que bordea todo el Valle de Caracas, cuya presencia siempre es imponente.

In achieving these black and white photographs, I was pleased, as the photographic art collects in its images the magical power of nature, capturing the great beauty of our environment in its different facets.

Al lograr estas fotografías en blanco y negro, me complació, como el arte fotográfico recoge en sus imágenes el poder mágico de la naturaleza, captando la gran belleza de nuestro medio ambiente en sus diferentes facetas.
