Walking Among the Trees

Today I'm heading to Miranda Municipality, looking for an address, and I discovered a new, different place to walk. Its main avenue and streets are lined with trees, a section of the city located in Miranda Municipality, with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. This residential area features five-story buildings, typical of Italian architecture. It has a long plaza called La Glorieta, although there's nothing in it marked.

Caminando Entre Los Árboles

Hoy me dirijo al Municipio Miranda, buscando una dirección y descubrí un nuevo sitio distinto para caminar. Su avenida principal y sus calles están repletas de árboles, un sector en la ciudad ubicado en el Municipio Miranda, con un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. En esta zona residencial se destacan edificios de cinco pisos, propios de las infraestructuras italianas. Tiene una larga plaza que la denominan La Glorieta, aunque no tiene nada señalado.

It's a very peaceful place to walk and explore every corner. It has the advantage of being surrounded by greenery and nearby local parks where residents can enjoy various activities, and it's also a close-knit community.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo para pasear y conocer cada rincón. Tiene la ventaja de que está rodeado de mucha zona verde y en sus alrededores se encuentran los parques locales donde sus habitantes pueden disfrutar de las diversas actividades que se realizan, además de que es una comunidad muy unida.

This space is part of a small community of Italians who immigrated to our country fifty years ago and settled here in search of new opportunities. Here they worked, built homes, and managed to open their own businesses. Today, on its main avenue, we can see numerous shops, bakeries, and restaurants located on the ground floor of each residential building. Due to its location, it has the advantage of being connected to the city center by subway and public transportation. Nearby areas include Altamira, Chacao, and Los Dos Caminos, which are home to many upper-middle-class residents.

Este espacio forma parte de una pequeña comunidad de italianos que emigraron a nuestro país hace cincuenta años y se asentaron aquí en busca de nuevas oportunidades. Aquí trabajaron, construyeron viviendas y lograron tener sus comercios. Hoy en día, en su avenida principal podemos ver muchos comercios, panaderías, restaurantes, situados en la planta baja, de cada edificio residencial. Por su ubicación tiene la ventaja de conectarse con el centro de la ciudad por el metro y el transporte público. Sus zonas cercanas son Altamira, Chacao, Los Dos Caminos, que es un lugar donde vive mucha gente de clase media alta.

This long path connects different streets and ends in a very small cobblestone plaza. It serves as a rest and recreation area for all those who live in the area. Its cement benches allow you to take a breath of fresh air before continuing the walk. Curiously, the plaza doesn't have any sculptures. It has a pedestal in front of it when you begin to enter the area between La Carlota and La Casona. The pedestal also has no signage. Well, I got there, but it was closed. Back home, another day. Happy day to the entire Actifit community. I'm leaving you with some images and my report.

Este largo camino conecta a diferentes calles, y termina en una plaza empedrada muy pequeña, sirve de descanso y distracción a todos los que viven en el sector, sus asientos de cemento permiten tomar un poco de aire, antes de continuar la caminata, es curioso la plaza no tiene ninguna escultura, tiene un pedestal en su parte de enfrente cuando comienzas a meterte en la zona entre la Carlota y La Casona, el pedestal tampoco tiene señalización. Bueno, llegué al sitio, pero estaba cerrado. De vuelta a casa, será otro día. Feliz día a toda la comunidad de Actifit. Les dejo algunas imágenes y mi reporte.
