A Day Off for Health

Today marks the beginning of the week. I wish all Actifit friends a beautiful, prosperous, and joyful day. I'm off to a good start. Following a suggestion from my friend, I'm going to join her at an amusement park located in a shopping center. She wants to take her young son to the recreational areas for children. She wanted to spend time with her son while taking advantage of her day off. I enthusiastically accept, as it's a way to fulfill my daily schedule and enjoy the day.

Un Día Libre Para La Salud

Hoy comienza la semana, les deseo a todos los amigos de Actifit, un hermoso día, próspero y alegre. Yo comencé con buen pie. Con una propuesta de mi amiga, voy a acompañar a un parque de diversiones, situado en un centro comercial. Quiere llevar a su pequeño hijo a los espacios de recreación destinados a los más pequeños. Ella quería compartir con su hijo aprovechando su día libre. Acepto con mucho entusiasmo, ya que es una manera de cumplir con mi actividad diaria y disfrutar el día.

Upon arriving, I loved the atmosphere, filled with laughter and a lot of excitement from some of the children who were there. While she enjoyed herself with her son, I broke away a bit and took a walk around the mall. It had been a while since I'd been here. I love it. As you know, looking at the windows is something I can't control. I always explore the stores in the mall, where I find unique items that spark my interest.

Al llegar, me encantó la atmósfera que se respiraba, llena de risa y mucha algarabía de algunos niños, que se encontraban en el lugar. Mientras que ella disfrutaba con su hijo, yo me separe un poco y me dedique a dar mi caminata por todo el centro comercial, tenía mucho tiempo que no venía, me encanta, como ya saben ver las vidrieras es algo incontrolable para mí, siempre exploro las tiendas del centro comercial, donde encuentro artículos únicos que despiertan interés

I took advantage of the opportunity to browse some toys and books. December is approaching, and Christmas gifts are always on the horizon. These stores are always stocked with all kinds of items. After my nephew had had enough, we went for a snack. The experience not only strengthened our friendship but also allowed us to escape the daily grind and create unforgettable memories. For me, it was a day well spent in the company of a great friend. It also allows me to always go for my walk. There are times when you don't want to leave the house. But I can't stop; my health always comes first.

Aproveche de ver juguetes y algunos libros, se acerca diciembre y hay que pensar en los regalos de Navidad, siempre estas tiendas están surtidas de cualquier variedad de objetos. Luego de que ya mi sobrino se cansó, nos fuimos a comer algún refrigerio. La experiencia no solo fortificó nuestra amistad, sino que también nos permitió escapar de la rutina cotidiana y crear recuerdos inolvidables. Para mí fue un día muy bien aprovechado en compañía de una gran amiga, también me permite siempre cumplir con mi caminata, hay momentos en que uno no quiere salir de casa. Pero no puedo parar, la salud siempre está por delante.

Believe it or not, this daily activity has made me more active, eliminated my muscle pain, and helped me maintain my same weight. My mood has improved significantly, all of which has made me feel more confident.

Aunque no lo crean, esta actividad diaria me ha hecho ser más activa, ha eliminado mis dolores musculares y he mantenido un mismo peso. Mi estado de ánimo ha mejorado bastante, todo esto me ha permitido ser más segura.
