A Small Space With Vegetation

I didn't leave so early today; I got up late. After breakfast, taking advantage of the beautiful day that was dawning, I decided to go for a walk around my neighborhood. As is customary these months, whenever the week begins, there are few people returning to their activities, since there are school holidays and most working parents take their vacations to spend time with their children and rest. I'm planning activities where they have more time to spend together during the week.

*Un Pequeño Espacio Con Vegetación

Hoy no salí tan temprano, me pare tarde. Después de mi desayuno y aprovechando el bonito día que se levantaba, decidí emprender a caminar por mi sector. Como es costumbre por estos meses, siempre que comienza la semana, hay poca gente retomando sus actividades, ya que hay vacaciones escolares y la mayoría de los padres que son trabajadores, toman sus vacaciones para disfrutar con sus hijos y descansar. Planificando actividades donde tengan más tiempo para recrearse juntos en la semana.

This day is wonderful, and I'm enjoying my activity. I always look for places with vegetation. I always love capturing images of those magnificent trees that beautify the natural landscape and also provide fresh air to oxygenate your body. And when the day is bright, you feel a joy that motivates you to strive harder.

Este día está genial, y mi actividad la estoy disfrutando, siempre busco lugares donde haya vegetación. Me encanta siempre captar las imágenes de esos grandiosos árboles que embellecen el paisaje natural y que además te proporcionan ese aire puro para oxigenar tu cuerpo. Y cuando el día está radiante, sientes una alegría que te motiva a esforzarte más.

In my community we are lucky, because we are surrounded by a lot of vegetation, it is our little green lung and there are many leafy trees, which provide shade and cool the environment, when the wind blows their long branches sway and make noise. Every step I take reminds me that I must always be active, not only walking but also with my senses, listening to the natural sounds, observing the incests landing on the flowers and breathing the pure air in that small space.

En mi comunidad tenemos suerte, porque estamos rodeados de mucha vegetación, es nuestro pequeño pulmón vegetal y existen muchos árboles frondosos, que te brindan sombra y refrescan el ambiente, cuando el aire ventea sus largas ramas se mecen y hacen bulla Cada paso que doy me recuerda que debo estar siempre activa, no solo caminando sino también con mis sentidos, oyendo los ruidos naturales, observando los incestos posándose en las flores y respirando el aire puro en ese pequeño espacio.

Along the way, you'll also meet some neighbors, but they're so focused, they're dedicated to exercising, enjoying the solitude of the moment and the connection with themselves. I've already walked around several different places in the community, and on my way back, I'll climb a few stairs to activate my muscles and get my blood flowing. Although it's a simple walk, it's an everyday activity and also connects me with my community socially, keeping me up to date with what's happening there.

También en el camino coincides con algunas personas vecinas, pero que están tan concentradas, que se dedican a hacer sus ejercicios físicos, disfrutando de la soledad del momento y del encuentro consigo mismo. Ya he dado varias vueltas a diferentes lugares de la comunidad y voy de regreso, subiré un poco de escalones para activar mis músculos y la sangre fluya. Aunque es una caminata sencilla, es cotidiana y me conecta también con mi comunidad en lo social para estar al tanto de lo que pasa en ella.
