A Healthy Environment

It's a pleasure to greet you, friends of Actifit. Once again, I'm starting my activity mid-morning. We're going to buy some groceries; the store is closer to us, and we'll return home as usual. It's very cold, and the fog appears and then dissipates.

Un gusto saludarles amigos de Actifit, nuevamente mi actividad la comienzo a media mañana, vamos a comprar algunos víveres, nos queda más cerca el abasto y nos regresamos a casa el día como de costumbre, muy frío, la niebla de momento aparece y luego se disipa.

On the way back, we walked for a long time around her house. She has a large property, and when there is no fog, the view is spectacular and beautiful. We stayed there for a long time, chatting. I took pictures; I am so fascinated by the place that I don't want to go back to the city. My friend plans to sell because the mountain is very far from the village, and it is difficult for her to go up and down because there is no transportation, and the hamlets are very distant. To communicate in case of an emergency, they blow a whistle.

Ya de regreso, caminamos un largo rato por las afueras de su casa. Tiene un terreno extenso, cuando no hay niebla la vista es espectacular y hermosa, ahí nos quedamos un largo rato mientras conversábamos. Yo tomaba mis imágenes, estoy tan fascinada por el sitio que no me gustaría volver a la ciudad. Mi amiga tiene planes de vender porque la montaña está muy alejada del pueblo, le cuesta mucho bajar y subir, porque no hay transporte, los caseríos están muy distantes. Para comunicarse si tienen emergencia, suenan un pito.

The positive aspects of the place where the population lives are that they grow their own food and have many hectares of land to cultivate. The climate is favorable. There are many medicinal plants, fruits, and vegetables. The land is very fertile, and many families live off what they grow and sell. It is a peaceful and dreamlike environment, with indescribable sunsets, a place to relieve stress and live a healthy life, far from environmental pollution and people with bad intentions.

Las cosas positivas del lugar donde la población vive, es que cultivan sus propios alimentos y tienen muchas hectáreas de terreno para sembrar. El clima favorece. Se dan muchas plantas medicinales, frutas, hortalizas y verduras. La tierra es muy fértil, muchas familias viven de lo que cultivan y comercializan. Es un ambiente tranquilo y soñado, sus atardeceres son indescriptibles, un lugar para liberar estrés y tener una vida sana, alejado de la contaminación ambiental y de las personas con malas intenciones.

Right now, in this place where we are, we are enveloped in fog and surrounded by rosemary fields, and its fragrance spreads throughout the air. It couldn't be better than this.

Ahorita en este paraje donde estamos, nos envuelve la niebla y estamos rodeadas de sembradío de romero, y su fragancia se esparce en todo el ambiente, mejor que esto, imposible.
