An Incredible Experience

My experience in my activity: I am spending a few days at a friend's house. Today we had to go shopping in a farmhouse. I am putting my physical condition to the test. The walking sections are very long, the dirt roads up and down, stones and vegetation on the sides. Every step required my effort, but then I was rewarded with the beautiful scenery.

Una Experiencia Increíble

Mi experiencia en mi actividad: estoy pasando unos días en casa de una amiga. Hoy nos tocó ir de compra a un caserío. Estoy poniendo a prueba mi estado físico. Los tramos para caminar son muy largos, los caminos de tierra subidos y bajados, piedras y vegetación a los lados. Cada paso requería mi esfuerzo, pero después era recompensado con los hermosos paisajes.

The long walk tires me, I have to go at my own pace. My friends are more used to going on rustic roads, and I, as I live in the city, it is a little more difficult for me, I have to go at my own pace. This route has no transportation, I don't want to exaggerate in saying how far it is to the farmhouse, but it's about an hour and a half walk, it's in the afternoon. Contrary to the city, the weather is humid, rainy, foggy and cold. What I like is the pure contact with nature, it is very cold and suddenly the fog comes and covers us. It is an incredible experience to stay in the mountains.

La larga caminata me cansa, tengo que ir a mi paso. Mis amigas están más acostumbradas a ir por caminos rústicos, y yo, como vivo en la ciudad, me cuesta un poco más, tengo que ir a mi paso. Esta ruta no tiene transporte, no quiero exagerar en decir cuánto es la distancia hasta el caserío, pero son como hora y media de camino, es de tarde. Al contrario de la ciudad, el clima es húmedo, lluvia, neblina y frío. Lo que me gusta es el contacto puro de la naturaleza, hace mucho frío y de repente viene la neblina y nos tapa. Es una experiencia increíble la estadía en la montaña.

On the way we see the mountains covered with fog and in the background some small houses with red roofs, surrounded by land worked for planting vegetables.

En el camino vemos las montañas cubiertas de niebla y en el fondo algunas casas con techos rojos, rodeadas de tierras trabajadas para la siembra de hortalizas.

On the way back, it was getting late in the afternoon. The sun is seen through the clouds, its rays are projected and the trees are formed, that red and orange color, giving us a beautiful sunset. After arriving at the house I rest for about five minutes and immediately I am no longer tired. Now we have to prepare dinner and plan what other adventure we have planned for the next few days. Here you wake up early with the roosters crowing. I am very excited, it fascinates me to be in the middle of nature, despite the cold weather. I feel it gives me energy.

Ya de regreso, estaba cayendo la tarde. Se ve el sol a través de las nubes, sus rayos se proyectan y se forman los arreboles, ese color rojo y anaranjado, regalándonos un atardecer precioso. Después de llegar a la casa descanso unos cinco minutos y de inmediato se me quita el cansancio. Ahora nos queda preparar la cena y planear qué otra aventura tenemos programada para todos estos días. Aquí se levanta uno temprano con el cantar de los gallos. Estoy muy emocionada, me fascina estar entre la naturaleza, a pesar del clima frío. Siento que me inyecta energías.
