A Walk With Several Activities

Greetings, friends of the Actifit community, back to my activities, as you know, I had a time when I was walking to buy medicine all over the city, because I had a sick relative and was constantly buying medicines that were administered in the hospital, this routine ended, since he died a few days ago. Today my activity is a little unusual, I have accompanied a niece to the end of buses, she arrived a few days ago to the city of Caracas, to accompany the family in their grief. Today it was her turn to go back; as she does not know the city, it was my turn to drive her.

Una Caminata Con Varias Actividades

Un saludo, amigos de la comunidad de Actifit, de vuelta a mis actividades, como saben tuve un tiempo destinando mis caminatas a compras de medicamento por toda la ciudad, debido a que tenía un familiar enfermo y era constante comprar medicinas que le administraban en el hospital, esta rutina termino, ya que falleció hace algunos días. Hoy mi actividad es poco inusual, he acompañado a una sobrina al terminar de autobuses, llego hace pocos días a la ciudad de Caracas, para acompañar a la familia en su duelo. Hoy le tocaba irse de vuelta; como no conoce la ciudad, me tocó conducirla.

After arriving and doing the formalities, I bought the ticket, it remained to wait an hour for the departure, to get on the bus and, finally, the farewell. I have taken my time to clear my head and relax a little, from all those difficult days I had, and I immediately wanted to resume my walks with pleasure, and without haste, I wanted to return to breathe the fresh air of the parks that I miss so much, to sit in a square, or return to visit museums, or wander the streets in search of my photographs that fill me emotionally.

Después de llegar y hacer los trámites, compré el boleto, quedaba esperar una hora para la partida, que se montara en el autobús y, por último, la despedida. He tomado mi tiempo para despejarme y relajarme un poco, de todos esos días difíciles que tuve, y he querido de inmediato retomar mis caminatas con placer, y sin apuros, he querido volver a respirar el aire fresco de los parques que tanto extraño, de sentarme en una plaza, o volver a visitar museos, o vagabundear por las calles en busca de mis fotografías que tanto me llenan emocionalmente.

Now without worries, I can fly and give free rein to my imagination, I can resume my steps calmly, because I am sure that being active will help me recover my health, taking into account that to stay healthy we must exercise to prevent disease and be more effective. My images are related to the journey I made to the terminal and finally a walk through the square looking again for those natural scenery that I miss, then I go to church for a few prayers.

Ya sin preocupaciones, puedo volar y dar riendas sueltas a mi imaginación, puedo retomar mis pasos con calma, porque estoy segura de que estando activa me ayudará recuperar mi salud, teniendo en cuenta que para mantenernos sanos debemos ejercitarnos para prevenir enfermedades y ser más eficaces Mis imágenes están relacionadas con el trayecto que hice al terminal y por último una caminata por la plaza buscando de nuevo esos escenarios naturales que extraño, luego voy a la iglesia a unos rezos.
