Walking To Celebrate With Nature

My walk today I dedicate to World Tree Day, I went to the park, to photograph some trees while I did my tour, the morning turned out to be very nice to walk along the trails of the park, but I wanted to make a stop not so much for the walk, but I wanted to pay tribute on this special day to the trees, those who give us oxygen to breathe the fresh air to make us feel healthy and happy, once the trees wave their branches, with the wind to refresh us and that particular smell of the forest that scents the environment.

Caminando Para Celebrar Con La Naturaleza

Mi caminata de hoy la dedico al Día Mundial del Árbol, me fui al parque, a fotografiar algunos árboles mientras hacía mi recorrido, la mañana resultó ser muy agradable para caminar por los senderos del parque, pero quise hacer un alto no tanto por la caminata, sino que quise homenajear en este día especial a los árboles, los que nos regalan oxígeno para respirar el aire puro para que nos sintamos sanos y alegres, una vez que los árboles ondean sus ramas, con el viento para refrescarnos y ese olor particular del bosque que aromatiza el ambiente.

Without them we cannot breathe clean air, without them we do not have fruits and food, without them we cannot shelter under the shade to escape from the harshness of the sun. They are essential for the survival of all living beings that inhabit the planet.

Ellos integrantes de la naturaleza se muestran importante en nuestras vidas, porque sin ellos no respiramos aire puro, sin ellos no tenemos frutos y alimentos, sin ellos no podemos cobijarnos bajo la sombra para huir de la inclemencia del sol Ya que ellos son imprescindibles para la supervivencia de todos los seres vivos que habitamos en el planeta.

In this journey I met a group of people digging the land to plant a tree, a way to contribute to the environment and create awareness, it is good to have continuous practices of how to collaborate and protect nature, plus it rewards us by giving us a quality of life, if we have access to green areas such as walking to parks, visiting forests, mountains, our health improves when we exercise and integrate us to it, as we eliminate stress, we change our mood, many people who maintain a constant routine with nature manage to stay in shape and others manage to lose weight.

En esta travesía me encontré un grupo de personas excavando la tierra para sembrar un árbol, una forma de contribuir al medio ambiente y crear conciencia, es bueno tener prácticas continuas de como colaborar y proteger la naturaleza, además que ella nos retribuye dándonos una calidad de vida, si tenemos acceso a áreas verdes como pasear a los parques, visitar bosques, montañas, nuestra salud mejora cuando nos ejercitamos y nos integramos a ella, ya que eliminamos estrés, cambiamos de ánimo, muchas personas que mantienen una rutina constante con la naturaleza logran mantenerse en forma y otros consiguen bajar de peso.

So nature wrapped in its green mantle, surrounded by plants and many trees, with its fruits, flora and fauna, allows us to live a full life, if we do not harm it. Here in my walk I show you different species of trees that beautify the park.

De manera que la naturaleza envuelta en su manto verde, rodeada de plantas y de muchos árboles, con sus frutos, flora y fauna, nos permiten vivir una vida plena, si no le hacemos daño. Aquí en mi paseo les muestro diferentes especies de árboles que embellecen el parque.
