Photography and cinema have always been two worlds that have attracted my attention. However, when I studied social communication in college, I preferred journalism and writing, something that does not bother me because text is the basis of all forms of communication, and the image does not escape it.

Writing has allowed me to discover many ways to create a message. Even before I compose an image, I think of the message to communicate, and there the text emerges in my mind, and not literally perhaps, but in words that I transform into images.

I discovered this after attending an event organized by a photographer friend, who invited me to share, with other photographers, the first photos I took. It was an event where I met people with much more experience, and they analyzed my work.

It was a good day because I lost the fear of showing what I do, and so every day I try to improve in every frame and in every message I want to convey.

La fotografía y el cine siempre han sido dos mundos que me han llamado la atención. Sin embargo, cuando estudié comunicación social en la universidad, preferí el periodismo y la escritura, algo que no me molesta porque el texto es la base de toda forma de comunicar, y la imagen no escapa de ello.

Escribir me ha permitido descubrir muchas maneras de crear un mensaje. Incluso antes de componer una imagen, pienso en el mensaje a comunicar, y allí surge el texto en mi mente, y no literalmente tal vez, sino en palabras que transformo en imágenes.

Esto lo descubrí luego de asistir a un evento organizado por una amiga fotógrafa, quien me invitó a compartir con otros fotógrafos, las primeras fotos que hice. Fue un evento donde conocí gente con mucha más experiencia, y analizaron mi trabajo..

Fue un buen día porque perdí el miedo a mostrar lo que hago, y de ese modo cada día trato de mejorar en cada encuadre y en cada mensaje que quiero transmitir..
