The beauty of the rectorate of this university is indisputable. -Monomad challenge (ENG-ESP)

Merida is a small tourist city in Venezuela, known for its beautiful streets and friendly people.

Also for its architecture, especially in the center, where there are many buildings dating from the mid-nineteenth century.

I am not an expert on the subject, so I do not intend to delve into the subject, but I just want to say that the structures are really beautiful.

One of them is the Rectorate of the University of the Andes, one of the most prestigious in the country.

I thought at one point that they would not let me in, but a security guard allowed me to take pictures without any problem. And I say this because in Venezuela it is a bit complicated to take pictures in public sector spaces. And even more so those belonging to the government, although the University of the Andes is essentially autonomous.

The truth is that I walked the corridors in the morning, where I took advantage of the shadows to carry out compositions that I particularly liked.

I share a series of photographs that summarize my appreciation of this place full of history.
