The beauty of the church-Monomad challenge (ENG-ESP)

This isn't the first time I've admired the beauty of Catholic architecture through photography.

I was in a plaza that is significant to Naguanagua, a Venezuelan municipality beloved by its residents for its pleasant climate and historical buildings, like the Church of La Begoña.

The church wasn't open, but I was still able to appreciate the art it offers on its facade and the rest of its exterior structure. And, of course, I was able to photograph it.

No es la primera vez que me detengo a admirar la belleza de la arquitectura católica a través de la fotografía.

Estuve en una plaza importante para Naguanagua, un municipio venezolano querido por sus habitantes por su clima agradable y por edificaciones con mucha historia, como la Iglesia de la Begoña.

La iglesia no estaba abierta, pero pude disfrutar del arte que ofrece en su fachada y en el resto de su estructura exterior. Por supuesto, también pude fotografiarlo.

The surroundings were deserted; it felt like a Sunday, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. The weather was cool, and the shadows from the trees provided a welcome break from the sun's rays. I also took advantage of those shadows to frame the church in my photos.

At first glance, I didn't think these pictures would hold my interest, but after viewing and editing them, I changed my mind.

Los alrededores estaban desiertos; parecía domingo, a pesar de ser un sábado por la tarde. El clima era fresco y las sombras de los árboles brindaban un respiro de los rayos del sol. Además, aproveché esas sombras para enmarcar la iglesia en mis fotos.

A primera vista, pensé que estas imágenes no me interesarían, pero luego de verlas y revelarlas, cambié de opinión.
