Born to be in color (Street photography)

Is it possible that some photos are born to be both in black and white, and in color?
I believe so. Or at least sometimes.
When I do street photography, I focus on the elements I gather in the composition to communicate a message.

However, there are occasions when the aesthetic deepens the message, or encompasses it entirely.
Both color and black and white are aesthetics.
That is, in places where there is considerable contrast, where there isn't a softening of colors, at least for me, the photograph can turn out "better" in black and white.

And I say "better" because it has happened that it works both ways, and if I decide, I do it randomly or based on what my photographic sixth sense tells me.

On the other hand, when it comes to color photography, when the scene itself is already harmonized, whether by architecture or even by mere chance, I lean towards photographing in color.
It also happens that with editing, I further enhance the color, grading according to my aesthetic parameters.
So, answering this question is complex and responsibly subjective.
