Emulando una Pintura en Fotografía [ESP/ENG]
Uno de los retos más grandes a lo que nos hemos enfrentado en clases de cámara es el emular una pintura, no importa cuál sea, en una fotografía, basándonos en el tipo de iluminación, colerización, encuadre, etc.. En esta oportunidad emulamos la pintura de El Bufón de Stanczyk debido a su compleja iluminación y su colorimetría.
Aunque sea la evaluación individual, entre todos contribuimos y nos apoyamos en nuestros trabajos; en esta oportunidad estuve apoyando por la parte de iluminación porque los muchachos no tenían una idea clara de los puntos de luz en la pintura, aparte de que esta iluminación no es solo luz y ya, sino que tiene un tratado de color y una intención que es resaltar la tristeza del bufón.
One of the biggest challenges we have faced in camera classes is to emulate a painting, no matter what it is, in a photograph, based on the type of lighting, colorization, framing, etc.. This time we emulated Stanczyk's The Jester painting because of its complex lighting and colorimetry.
Although it is the individual evaluation, we all contribute and support each other in our work; this time I was supporting the lighting part because the boys did not have a clear idea of the points of light in the painting, besides the fact that this lighting is not just light and that's it, but it has a color treatment and an intention that is to highlight the sadness of the jester.
Para darle un toque nuestro y no solo ser una recreación de la pintura, decidimos incluir un mensaje crítico a la sociedad de hoy en día que tiende a ser muy desentendida o desinteresada por el prójimo, es una sociedad muy individualista, superficial y vanidosa; por eso el mensaje en la laptop.
Fue un proceso increíble, me encantó poder compartir mis conocimientos con los muchachos porque ellos no tienen tanta experiencia en el medio como yo; considero que las fotografías quedaron muy bien logradas y la iluminación se asemeja bastante a la de la pintura. To give it a touch of our own and not just be a recreation of the painting, we decided to include a critical message to today's society that tends to be very disengaged or disinterested in others, it is a very individualistic, superficial and vain society; hence the message on the laptop.
It was an incredible process, I loved being able to share my knowledge with the guys because they don't have as much experience in the medium as I do; I think the photographs were very well done and the lighting is very similar to that of the painting.
