RE: Maritime longing, monochromatic Friday

This is soooooo true! I am one of those lucky ones who was able to grow up by the sea and yeah, I did not realize then how privileged I was and it dawned on me when I left my hometown for work in the city. Kind of "you'll never know what you've got till it's gone". 😔

Now, I am loving every minute of it every time I come home, to savor and feel again the HUGE PLAYGROUND I had when I was a kid - the seaside and the vast ocean.
