THOMAS: The Broken Grand Piano: World Photography contest ROUND#25 - MUSICS OF THE WORLD
Thomas will be 55 years on September 13, a day before my birthday. He was named after Thomas Aquinas, the Italian Philospher and Theologian whose works still permeate the contemporary world, and he is owned by the Dominican Friars, hence the choice of the name, Thomas.
His journey through life has indeed been a meaningful one.
You remember when they say "Music is life", right? Well, Thomas creates music! So, logical it follows that he creates life, albeit contextually.
He has been instrumental in bringing happiness to people, comforting those who are in agony, causing a calm and serene atmosphere for relaxation and putting people in a reflective/prayerful mood.
He has been at the forefront of prayers, at the background during occasions, has witnessed different solemnization of Holy Matrimony (Marriage) and has been used in the recording of many wonderful musical pieces.
At 55 years, he still struggles to give his best even with his obvious pale physique and brokenness.
Although broken at the moment, his legacies still endures and will continue to reign.
Although broken, he still struggles to create music; to create life.
Although broken, he struggles to produce a fairly decent melody accompanied with a manageable harmony.
He is weak, but gives his best.
He is shaky, but gives inspiration.
He will be missed when he decides to breathe his last.
He will be missed because of the wonderful deeds he has done.
I will miss him!
I will miss his company!
He will remain forever in my heart. ❤

Before I say anything, mhen!!! That was indeed a beautiful play, now I get why it was named Thomas, it was just so melodious listening to you produce those beautiful melodies with Thomas.
I was thinking it was a human Thomas not until I saw you sitting close to the piano, that's a really beautiful way to appreciate something, it made it look priceless 😍.
