SHE CARRIES TOMORROW ON HER HEAD
Hi guys,
Today I’ll be sharing with you a new artwork i created recently using ballpoint pen and charcoal on paper.
————————- DESCRIPTION ———————-
The weight on her head is more than goods—it is survival, it is the sum of days lived and days yet to come. Each step is measured, steady, and silent, the posture of someone who has learned that endurance is not an option but a way of life. Her profile tells the story: furrowed lines from sun and years, lips pressed in resolve, eyes fixed on an invisible horizon.
This work honors the quiet fortitude of women whose labor is the backbone of their communities, yet whose strength often goes unspoken.
