I was fortunate enough to take part in the olive harvest in Tunisia. Crazy manual labor. It was a trip organized by the company I was working for in my early corporate days. Very valuable experience. Such a different culture from ours in Europe. Without sugar coating Greece, my favorite native olive oil is the Greek one 😊

It is indeed an amazing experience to be part of something so great (oil harvesting)
I remember going to the olive grove as a child, unfortunately, life does not allow me to do it the past few years. As technology evolves, we tend to overlook nature and its gifts. We take them for granted, but we should not.
I am so happy to know that you have had that experience :)
