Hello everyone. This post, I want to share and recommend another temple in Fang District (the district where I live). This temple is called watsantonpao. Watsantonpao is located in mae kha subdistrict, fang district, chiang mai province, thailand. Watsantonpao is the village temple of santonpao village. When a buddhist holidays or traditional festivals in the north, the villagers of this village will join together to perform religious ceremony and traditions at this temple. Usually if not a buddhist holidays or there is a festival, this temple is quiet and does not open the chapel. But if a buddhist holiday or a tradition, this temple will be bustling with people gathering for religious ceremonies and traditions.

Architecture, sculptures and atmosphere inside watsantonpao temple. This temple has two beautiful chapels, a small and a large chapel. Large meditation building inside the temple, bell tower, monk's cubicle. And now inside this temple is building a large pagoda. If the pagoda is finished, I think this pagoda will be beautiful and grand.
There are many sculptures inside this temple, Which is outside the building. Such as buddha statues, angel statues, king of Nagas statues, and others. The overall atmosphere inside the temple is a temple with a wide area, inside the temple is planted with large trees and has a fish pond too

Watsantonpao temple was built in A.D. 1940 about 83 years. History and other stories of this temple, I don't know any other history or stories. There was no information for me to read and study about the history or other stories of this temple.
